OUR 30 SLEEPS GUARANTEE
In order to qualify for our 30 Sleeps Guarantee Policy, the following must be met:
- You must contact our customer success team here for an authorization that the return is valid.
- All returns must be approved and authorized to be refunded.
We will only honor refunds that are requested within 30 days from your delivery date (as per your UPS tracking). If today's date is more than 30 days after your delivery, we unfortunately will not be able to issue a refund.
Easy Return and Exchange Process:
- Email customer success team here. Our team is available from 9am - 5pm EST, Monday through Friday! Please include in your request how you wish to proceed (return or exchange).
- When shipping your return, please email our customer success team the tracking number associated with your return. We highly recommend that you ship your order to our warehouse with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any returns that are not received.
- Once your returned item is received, a refund will be processed within 3-7 business days. Please note: refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account.
