If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your blanket to the warehouse for a full refund (returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). All items you wish to return or exchange must be shipped to our warehouse at your expense. If you wish to return an item after receiving it, we will refund whatever shipping costs you paid while placing your order. If you are exchanging your product, we will cover the cost of shipping the exchange to you.  

Full refunds and exchanges are given as long as a the request is communicated in under 14 days of you receiving your order. 

Easy Return and Exchange Process:

    1. Email customer care at support@DreamHug.com. Our team is available to talk to you 9am-5pm EST, Monday to Friday! Include in your initial request how you wish to proceed (return or exchange) and we will walk you through the process of which shipping carrier to ship your items back with, and how long the process should take (the processing times for refunds and exchanges vary).                                    
    2. Ship your return, and email our customer care team the tracking number associated with your return. We highly advise you to ship your order to our warehouse with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for returns that are not received.  Make sure all of the accessories are packaged in their original packaging.     3. When we receive your return, it will be processed in 3-7 business days. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account.
