There are ties that secure the duvet cover to the inner weighted comforter. Upon receiving your weighted blanket, we recommend unzipping the duvet to ensure the ties are secured so the blanket does not pool in one place.
If your blanket is pooling toward the middle, double check that the blanket is securely fastened to the duvet. Simply unzip the duvet and use the ties around the perimeter of the blanket to securely reattach it to the duvet. If this does not solve the issue, please reach out to our customer success team to provide further instructions.

Yes, both the weighted comforter and duvet cover are machine washable. Remove the duvet cover before washing, and machine wash in cold water with similar colors, using non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry on low and cool iron if needed. The DreamHug™ Weighted Blanket can also be dry cleaned.
The DreamHug™ Weighted Blanket is ideal for a single individual, however couples can squeeze together and still enjoy the weighted comfort and relaxation. We do recommend ordering two blankets if you want to experience maximum benefits of the weighted blanket as a couple.

As of January 2019 our DreamHug™ duvet covers are only available in Cool Gray and come in the standard size of 48 x 72 inches. We will consider adding new colors, sizes, and new products in the future, so please check back with us and register for our mailing list to receive updates and promotions.

In order to qualify for our 30 Sleeps Guarantee Policy, the following must be met:
Items must be returned unopened (in their original bag - you can open your box) and undamaged.
You must contact our customer success team here for an authorization that the return is valid.
All returns must be approved and authorized to be refunded.
We will only honor refunds that are requested within 30 days from your delivery date (as per your UPS tracking). If today's date is more than 30 days after your delivery, we unfortunately will not be able to issue a refund.
